Shipping
We process and ship orders from within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary based on:

- Your location
- Carrier delays or weather conditions
STRX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status and delivery of your shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3-5 business days, please contact us at orders@strx.com.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on your location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any products purchased are legal to own and use in their jurisdiction.
STRX reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be legally shipped.
Returns
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will provide return instructions and any required authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different version or replacement, please contact us at orders@strx.com. Exchange eligibility is subject to availability and condition of the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
